Antar is a private journal where you explore your thoughts as a conversation.Create personas for different sides of yourself, such as the planner, critic, dreamer, or any voice you recognize, then switch between them as you write. Instead of forcing everything into one paragraph, let conflicting ideas speak, respond, and see different perspectives more clearly.CREATE YOUR PERSONASGive each perspective a name, color, and identity. Let the planner talk to the procrastinator or the critic answer the dreamer.
